Problem:  All Channels are Fuzzy

Is it only happening on channels above Channel 13?

Your TV and/or VCR has a setting for "Cable" or "Antenna". Make sure it is set on "Cable" (through a switch or an on-screen menu on the TV).

 With a VCR Connected

1. Check the VCRs power cord to make sure its plugged into an electrical outlet.
2. The VCR may not be fine tuned. Locate and adjust the fine tuning mechanism until the picture is clear.

Without a VCR Connected

You may have a loose fitting inside your home. Be sure the fittings are securely  crimped to wires, and hand tighten each fitting connected to each piece of equipment.
