1. Can we use our current phone number?
YES! We
will transfer your current phone number to SEMO Digital Phone.
2. Can we use the existing phone outlets in our home?
YES! Our
phone service uses the existing phone lines already in place in your home.
3. Will our Emergency 911 service work with SEMO Digital
Phone?
YES! We
will automatically transfer your E911 service to SEMO Digital Phone.
4. Do we have to pay for additional features with SEMO
Digital Phone?
NO! The
following features are included in each SEMO Digital Phone package:
CALLER NUMBER ID,
CALL FORWARDING, CALL WAITING, CALLER NUMBER ID on CALL
WAITING, 3-WAY CALLING, VOICE MAIL, ANONYMOUS CALL
REJECTION, CALL BLOCKING, CALL HOLD, AND SIM RING
5. How is SEMO Communications able to offer pricing so
much lower than traditional phone companies?
We are
using the latest state of the art technology, that is less expensive to
operate. We are then
able to pass these savings along to our customers.
6. Can we purchase SEMO Digital Phone
without purchasing other services from SEMO
Communications?
YES! We
will sell cable, high-speed internet, or phone service ala carte. However, with
the many advantages
of purchasing multiple products such as discounted prices, one bill, etc., we
recommend
purchasing cable, high-speed internet, and phone services from SEMO
Communications.
7. Why do we have to sign a one year contract for SEMO
Digital Phone?
Due to the expenses involved in the installation of phone service, it is
necessary to require a one year contract.
We however, will hook up all currently working phone jacks in your home
at the time of installation of SEMO Digital Phone service.
8. Are there any situations in which the one year
contract commitment would not apply?
YES! In the
event a customer is deceased or moves out of SEMO Communications service area
and all SEMOs
equipment is returned, we will waive the one year contract commitment.
9. Are these prices for SEMO Digital Phone a special
introductory rate?
NO! The
prices shown in our packages are our normal monthly rates for SEMO Digital
Phone.
10. How much is the cost for a second telephone line in
our home?
The
price for a second line in your home with SEMO Digital Phone is $13.95 per
month, plus applicable
fees.
11. Is there a charge for unpublished numbers?
YES, We charge $5.00 per
month, plus applicable fees for each unpublished number.
12. Are Hawaii and Alaska considered part of the SEMO
National Phone Plan?
YES! All 50
states are part of the SEMO National Plan.
