Problem:  Scrambled Picture       

Without a VCR Connected

1. Check the televisions vertical or horizontal hold.  Adjust if needed.
2.  If you have a converter box, make sure the TV is on Channel 3.
3. Check the TVs fine tuning and adjust if needed.
4. Make sure the fittings are securely crimped to wires  and hand tighten each fitting connected to each piece of equipment.

With a VCR Connected

1. Check the televisions vertical or horizontal hold.  Adjust if needed.
2. If you have a converter box, make sure the TV is on Channel 3.
3. Check the TVs fine tuning and adjust if needed.
4. Be sure the VCR is plugged into the power outlet. If a converter is connected, the VCR needs to be on Channel 3.
5. Check the VCRs fine tuning and adjust if needed.
6. Make sure the ch 3/ch 4 switch in on ch 3.
7. Make sure the fittings are securely crimped to wires, and hand tighten each fitting connected to each piece of equipment.
