Problem: Black Screen

With a VCR or
DIGITAL RECEIVER Connected |

Make sure the VCR is off.
If the problem clears up, the VCR was in "VCR" mode. |

If you have a converter box, make sure the VCR is on Channel 3. |

Without a VCR
or DIGITAL RECEIVER Connected |

Some newer TVs provide a black (or
blue) screen instead of all snow. Check all connections and other components. |
