Problem:  Receiving only Channels 2 thru 12.

If you are only getting channels 2 thru 13, your TV or VCR has gotten set to the "antenna" function.  To set it back to the "cable" function:
 

1. Look for an input function (either as a button or under your main menu function) or a button labeled "ANT/CATV".
2. Set your TV or VCR back to "Cable" or "CATV" function.
