DIGITAL USER'S GUIDE
REMOTE WILL NOT CONTROL TV
Press the TV
button on the digital remote. Will it control the TV now? If not, have you had
the batteries out for any reason? If so, reprogram the remote to control the TV.

REMOTE WILL NOT CONTROL THE DIGITAL RECEIVER
Press the "Enter" button. Does the CBL / MOT button
(top right button
below the power button) or TV button light up brightly or
dimly? If the light is dim, change the batteries.
Make sure you use new
batteries. Don't forget to program the TV back into the remote after changing
batteries. If the light is bright, unplug the electrical cord on the
digital receiver for 20 minutes. Plug it back in. If the
problem persists, call our office.
GUIDE - NO INFO IS SHOWING
Unplug the electrical cord on the digital receiver for at least 20 minutes. When
you plug it back in, it will be about 30 seconds before you can turn on the
digital receiver. Put the receiver on any channel above
308. Leave it on that
channel for about 45 minutes to download. Do not change the channel during this
time because the download will start over and may lock. If it still does
not come
in, call our office.
MISSING SOME OR ALL CHANNELS
Check the light on the top left corner of the
receiver. If the light is red, check all other TVs to see if they are working.
If other TVs are working, check all connections. If connections are correct and
tight, call our office. If other TVs are not working, call our office. If you
have a green light, unplug the receiver for at least 20 minutes. When you plug
it back in, it will be about 30 seconds before you can turn on the digital
receiver. If it still does not work, call our office.
RECEIVER WILL NOT RESPOND
If you cannot get the receiver to respond to any command, unplug the electrical
cord on the digital receiver for 20 minutes. Plug it back in. When you plug it
back in, it will be about 30 seconds before you can turn on the digital
receiver. If the problem persists, call our office.
ORDERING PPV
To order pay-per-view with your
remote control, you
must have an active phone line connected to the digital receiver. If the phone
line connection is interrupted, the pay-per-view will automatically turn off.
NOTE: PPV is not
available on High-Def receivers or DVR's.
