No! The digital service is
delivered through the cable lines

purchase? |
No! The first digital receiver
is included in each digital package.
There is a
refundable deposit of $50.00 on the receiver.
However, there are no deposits required
on the equipment, as long as
your credit with us is in good standing. |

Do I have to a have a box to get
digital cable even though my TV is cable ready? |
Yes. You will need a digital
receiver to receive the digital channels. |

Do I have to watch the same
channels on all my TVs? |
No! Unlike satellite, your
additional outlets are not effected by the digital receiver. They will be
independent of the digital outlet and you will be able to watch
different channels on different TVs. |

Isn't digital cable expensive? |
No. The cost-per-channel is
actually less than the regular basic cable. |

How can I keep my children from
seeing things I dont want them to see? |
The digital receiver has an
internal parental control. You can lock out specific channels or you can
lock out specific ratings and content. |

What if I want digital service
on 2 TVs? |
You can have a second digital
receiver installed for a small monthly fee of $5.00 (plus tax). |

What happens if I have problems
with my digital receiver? |
Our Wireguard plan is included
in each digital package. If you have a problem, call us and we will fix the
problem at no charge. |

What do I have to pay to get
digital cable installed? |
There is a
$35.00 installation fee which covers the wiring of a phone jack if needed. All you pay is the first month
of service plus any applicable deposits
and your installation fee. |

Can I get pay-per-view with
digital cable? |
YES! Pay-per-view is available
as long as you have a phone line connected to your digital receiver. |

What if I don't have a phone
jack near the TV that will have the digital cable? |
We will install a phone jack for
you if it is needed at no charge. |

Can I get my local networks on
the digital cable? |
YES! All local networks are on
digital cable! |

Is it possible for me to see a
demonstration of the digital cable? |
Yes! Just come by our office
Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. and one of our
staff will be happy to give you a
demonstration and answer any of your questions. |
